How do I find the Mail ID in my inbox?

The Mail ID# is located on the home page of your inbox. It will have 6 digits in total. If the item is a consolidation of multiple mail items, it will start with the letter C.

In the box highlighted in RED, you will see the Mail type for the mail item. You will also see an Icon for the Mail type. In the above example you can see a package is highlighted.

Within the box highlighted in GREEN, you can see any current statuses of the mail item. In the example above you can see that this package is Ready for Shipment. You will also find the date the mail item was uploaded to your inbox.

Inside of the box highlighted in BLUE, you can find a picture of the mail Item and the Mail ID#. For this example the item is a consolidation, this means that the items are combined and the Mail ID# starts with the letter C.

Inside of the box highlighted in YELLOW, is the icon letting you know if a mail item is accruing storage fees.
