Why am I being charged if I have not received any mail?

Your PostScan Mail subscription begins on the day you complete the online sign-up process, not when your first piece of mail is received.
Once registered, your mailbox address becomes active immediately and is ready to be used for receiving mail or packages.
π¬ Ready to Receive Mail from Day One
Even if you havenβt received any mail yet, your virtual mailbox is:
- Fully provisioned and able to accept mail
- Actively maintained and monitored
- Included in the operational and security infrastructure that supports your service
π Important Notes:
- You are encouraged to complete your registration by submitting the notarized USPS Form 1583 and required IDs as soon as possible.
- Your account will not be fully unlocked until these documents are received and approved.
- Delays in submitting required forms may limit your ability to view or manage incoming mail.
