PostScan Mail strives to upload all incoming mail and packages to your online mailbox within 1 business day of arrival.
What to Expect
- Most mail and packages are uploaded within 1 business day
- Upload timing begins once the item is physically received at your subscribed location
What If It’s Taking Longer?
If your mail or package has not appeared in your inbox within 2 business days, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Contact Your Subscribed Location
- Log in to your PostScan Mail account
- Go to Settings → My Address
- Locate your Local Service Provider contact information
- Contact the location by phone or email for a status update
