If your mail or package has not been uploaded within 2 business days, please take the following steps:
1. Contact Your Subscribed Location
- Go to your PostScan Mail account
- Navigate to Settings > My Address
- Locate your Local Service Provider's contact details
- Reach out to the location via phone or email for a status update
