What to Expect

  • Most mail and packages are uploaded within 1 business day
  • Upload timing begins once the item is physically received at your subscribed location

What If It’s Taking Longer?

If your mail or package has not appeared in your inbox within 2 business days, please follow the steps below:


Step 1: Contact Your Subscribed Location

  1. Log in to your PostScan Mail account
  2. Go to Settings → My Address
  3. Locate your Local Service Provider contact information
  4. Contact the location by phone or email for a status update
