If your mail or package has not been uploaded within 2 business days, please take the following steps:

1. Contact Your Subscribed Location

  • Go to your PostScan Mail account
  • Navigate to Settings > My Address
  • Locate your Local Service Provider's contact details
  • Reach out to the location via phone or email for a status update

If you're unable to connect with the location or need additional help:
