How do I cancel my PSM Account?

We are sorry to see you go! You may call Support at 800-624-5866 or email support@postscanmail.com to request cancelation and account closure. Otherwise, you can do it yourself by following these steps: 

1. Log into your PostScan Mail account from a computer.

2. Click on the "Settings" icon. 

3. Select Billing & Subscription.

4. Select the Close Account tab.

4. Review, complete and agree to the Instructions to Close Your Account.

5. Select the Close Account button at the bottom to submit the request to close your account.

Once completed, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know your account has been successfully closed.
