How do I request an Open & Scan?

Web Page
An Open & Scan request is when you are requesting that the mail item is opened and the contents are uploaded and scanned to your inbox.
Select the items that you are requesting an Open & Scan for, highlighted in RED.
Click the Open & Scan button, highlighted in GREEN. This will complete the request
iOS Application
An Open & Scan request is when you are requesting that the mail item is opened and the contents are uploaded and scanned to your inbox.
Select the Mail Items to Open & Scan
Select the Mail Items to Open & Scan, highlighted in RED.
Select the Open & Scan button, highlighted in GREEN.
Open & Scan Pending
Once a Mail Item has a pending Open & Scan request, it will have a icon that says Open Requested, highlighted in RED.
You will receive a notification that the scan has been completed, the same way as when new mail is uploaded.
