Recycle mail is a free request. This mail is discarded into a recycle bin, this is normally used for mail items that do not contain personal or sensitive data.

Select the checkboxes for the mail items that you want to recycle, highlighted in RED.

Select the Recycle button highlighted in GREEN.

Select the Ok button, highlighted in RED to process the recycle request.
