How do I request a rescan?

A Rescan request is when you are requesting an updated image for any mail item or mail item contents.
Some of the following reasons are why you may want to request a Rescan.
- Unclear or uncropped images.
- Incorrect mail item contents.
- Missing the other side of a document.
Select the Mail Items for Rescanning
Select the the mail item that you are requesting a Rescan for, highlighted in RED.
Select the three dots highlighted in BLUE to open up the additional options.
Click on the Rescan Item button, highlighted in GREEN.
Complete the Rescan Request
Enter in the reason for the Rescan request into the text box, highlighted in RED.
When finished typing the reason, click Rescan to submit the request. This is highlighted in GREEN.

Select Rescan to Complete the Request
