How Prohibited Items Are Handled
If a prohibited item is delivered to your PostScan Mail location, you may choose one of the following options:
π Return to Sender
- Returns are processed at your expense.
- To avoid additional charges, request a return label from the sender and email it to us.
- Return labels must match the original sender address.
ποΈ Disposal or Recycling
- You may request the item be recycled or discarded.
- Select the item in your inbox and submit a recycling request.
π’ Local Pickup
- Pickup can be arranged at your subscribed location.
- The individual must be listed under Manage Recipients in your account settings.
- A valid photo ID matching the recipient name is required.
Important Note
All shipments are subject to inspection. PostScan Mail reserves the right to open packages if prohibited content is suspected. If you are unsure whether an item can be shipped, please contact our support team before submitting a shipment request.
