• Alcoholic beverages (unless shipped directly by a licensed distributor)

🔋 Lithium-Ion Batteries

• Only shippable via ground carriers
• One battery per order limit

📦 Handling Prohibited Items

If a prohibited item arrives at your PostScan Mail location, we offer the following handling options:

🔁 Return to Sender

• You may request a return at your expense.
• To avoid charges, contact the sender for a return label and email it to us.
• We can only accept labels addressed to the original return address.

🗑️ Disposal

• You may request to have the item recycled or discarded.
• Simply select the item in your inbox and create a recycling request.

🏢 Local Pickup

• You can arrange pickup from your subscribed location.
• The individual must be listed under Manage Recipients in your settings.
• A valid photo ID matching the recipient name is required at pickup.

⚠️ Important Note

All shipments may be subject to inspection. PostScan Mail reserves the right to open packages if prohibited content is suspected.
