How can I avoid mail storage fees?
There are currently five options to avoid mail storage fees.
Note: You can click the method to take a shortcut to a tutorial on how to do each one.
Recycle: your mail items will be discarded, free of charge.
Shred: your mail items will be shredded using a shredding machine, fees apply.
Forward: you request to have your mail shipped to you, shipping fees and handling fees apply.
Local Pickup: please verify location hours before arriving and bring a valid Photo ID.
Note: that not all addresses allow Local Pickup.
Automation: Automation allows you to set up processes such as Shred or Recycle to be automatically done to certain mail items.
How do I request recycling for my mail items?
Note: With a recycle request your mail items will be discarded, free of charge.
Selecting the checkboxes highlighted in RED will allow you to select individual mail items.
Selecting the checkbox above the mail items will allow you to select all of the mail items on the current page. This is highlighted in GREEN.
When all of the mail Items you want to recycle have been selected, click on the Recycle Button highlighted in BLUE. This will bring up a confirmation screen, hit the OK Button to recycle all of the selected mail items.
How do I request shredding for my mail items?
Note: With a shred request your mail items will be shredded, fees do apply to this request.

How do I forward my mail?

When all of the mail Items you want to recycle have been selected, click on the Ship Button highlighted in BLUE. Here you can go through the steps to ship out your mail.

How do I request a local pickup?
Step One - Select the three dots to see additional requests
Step Two - Select pickup from the drop down menu
Select the Pickup button from the drop down menu highlighted in RED. From here you can set up a pickup appointment. If you already have one selected you can add it to the previous request.
How do I set up automatic recycling or shredding?
Step One - Open the settings menu (Gear Icon)
Step Two - Select automations
Step Three - Select the add automation button to add a new automation
This screen will display the list of all created automations. This is highlighted in BLUE.
You can edit a previously created automation by selecting the Pencil Icon, or you can delete it by selecting the Trash Can Icon. These are both highlighted in GREEN.
To create a new automation, select the + Add Automation, highlighted in RED.
Step Four - Set up the automation
In the box highlighted in RED, you are able to name the automation, and choose which mail is effected.
Note: You must select New received mail items, in order to automate Recycle or Shred requests.
Within the box highlighted in GREEN you can choose if the automation applies to all senders or specific senders. You can also select which mail types the automation is applied to.
In the box highlighted in BLUE, you can select what request you would like to automate.
Select the Save button to save and apply the automation, select Cancel to cancel it.
